MoonPay has partnered with BitPay, one of the leading cryptocurrency payment service providers. With the partnership, Shiba Inu (SHIB), Dogecoin (DOGE), and XRP users now have access to enhanced payment capabilities.Â
Streamlined Conversion of Shiba Inu, DOGE, XRP to Fiat
The collaboration, according to MoonPay, is to streamline the process of converting cryptocurrency into fiat, offering users greater flexibility and convenience.
Thanks to the new partnership, users can now easily sell their SHIB, DOGE, and XRP assets. They can also transfer the funds to their bank accounts or debit cards.Â
This integration extends the usability of cryptocurrencies by enabling faster and simpler conversions to traditional currencies. It will also provide a seamless experience for users looking to make payments or access cash.
BitPay, known for its crypto debit card, allows users to spend their cryptocurrency in everyday transactions. The partnership with MoonPay brings additional benefits to holders of Shiba Inu, Dogecoin and XRP. With the alliance, a range of new features, including payment flexibility, cash out process and secured platform for transactions becomes accessible.
The addition of the digital assets comes shortly after Paypal listed Shiba Inu on its platform as part of crypto assets available to United States residents. That collaboration also had Moonpay in the mix.
Crypto Debit Card Functionality and Security Features
The MoonPay and BitPay collaboration will allow users of XRP, SHIB and DOGE easily swap them for fiat currencies. These can be done with the BitPay crypto debit card complete payments, purchases, and withdrawals. This flexibility allows cryptocurrency holders to bridge the gap between digital and traditional finance.
There is now a streamlined cash out process achieved via the partnership as members of both BitPay and MoonPay community. They can sell their cryptocurrencies and transfer the funds to bank accounts or debit cards for quick access.
To guarantee safety of funds, MoonPay says there are security features such as verification code to safeguard users’ data and face ID for an extra layer of protection. These security features analysts say are critical with the proliferation of scammers and hackers in the crypto world trying to swindle users of their funds.
